Carefully place the product in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals, cables, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned appliance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
